DOHA: QatarWheels today launched Cold Chain, an addition to its FMS platform for operators of refrigerated vehicles. Cold Chain adds calibrated temperature probes and door sensors to a trailer and treats an out-of-range reading the way the platform already treats speeding: as an alert with a place, a time and a name.
- Minute-resolution temperature per compartment, on the vehicle card next to its position.
- Breach alerts with configurable limits and durations per product class.
- A per-delivery temperature report, sent to the receiving customer on arrival.
- A monthly compliance export in the format auditors ask for.
A rejected load is a dispute with no evidence. Cold Chain gives both sides the same graph.
