Every FMS subscription includes the Operations Desk: a staffed room in Doha that watches the platform, answers the phone in Arabic and English, gives a vehicle’s position to a caller with the right passphrase, sends an immobilise command on your instruction, and works with the police from the first minute of a theft. Approved by the Ministry of Transport and Communications; hardware certified for Gulf conditions.

Included with every plan. There is no premium support tier; everybody gets the same room.
Who can call the desk?
The people you name on the account, each with their own passphrase. Nothing is given to a caller without one.
What does the desk do on a theft?
Follows the playbook agreed with you: confirms with the named contact, immobilises if instructed, passes the live position to the police, and stays on the line until recovery.
