Fuel Guard

Know where every litre went, and when one leaves that should not.

Fuel Guard

Fuel Guard fits a calibrated level sensor to the tank and reads it on the same timeline as position and ignition. Refuels are matched to receipts, consumption is reported per vehicle and per driver, and a sudden drop while the engine is off away from a depot wakes somebody with the plate, the litres and a map pin.

How it works

From order to first alert

  1. Installation

Our installers fit the tracker at your depot or ours, in under an hour per vehicle, and photograph the fitting for the record.

  2. Calibration

The tank is filled in steps and the sensor learns its shape, so the reading is in litres, not in percent of an assumed tank.

  3. Activation

The device reports to the platform before the installer leaves. You see it on the map from your phone the same hour.

  4. Thresholds

What counts as sudden is set per fleet and per vehicle class: a refrigerated trailer and a light van do not share a definition.

  5. Ongoing support

A Doha number that a person answers, around the clock, in Arabic and English. A device that stops reporting is chased by us, not by you.

What you get

The parts that do the work

Sudden-loss alarm

A step down in level while parked and away from a depot, within a forty-second window, is an alert with everything a supervisor needs for one phone call.

Refuel matching

Every step up in level is a refuel event with time, place and litres, ready to match against the fuel-card statement.

Consumption per driver

Litres per hundred kilometres by vehicle and by driver, so the outlier is a name rather than a suspicion.

Idling cost

Engine hours at zero speed converted to litres and riyals, per vehicle and per site.

Questions

What people ask before they order

Does it work with the vehicle’s own fuel gauge?

We fit a calibrated probe rather than read the dashboard gauge, because the gauge rounds and lags. The reading is in litres.

Will it alarm at every refuelling stop?

No. A refuel is a step up; the alarm watches for a step down while the engine is off and the vehicle is away from a depot.

Can I match it to the fuel-card statement?

Yes. Import the statement and each transaction is matched to a refuel event by time, place and litres.

Ready to see it on your own vehicles?

Tell us the fleet size and the problem. We install in Doha within a week and the first alerts arrive the same day.
