Live temperature
Every compartment, every minute, on the vehicle card next to its position and speed.
Cold Chain adds calibrated temperature probes to the trailer and treats a warm reading the way Fleet Control treats a speeding one: an alert with a place, a time and a name. Every delivery leaves with a temperature record the customer can read, and a door left open in July is known about in seconds, not at the dock.
Our installers fit the tracker at your depot or ours, in under an hour per vehicle, and photograph the fitting for the record.
Two probes per compartment as standard, placed where the load actually sits, and a door sensor on every door.
The device reports to the platform before the installer leaves. You see it on the map from your phone the same hour.
Set the range per compartment or per load type -- frozen, chilled, pharmaceutical -- and how long out of range counts as a breach.
A Doha number that a person answers, around the clock, in Arabic and English. A device that stops reporting is chased by us, not by you.
Every compartment, every minute, on the vehicle card next to its position and speed.
Out of range for longer than the limit you set, with the door state and the location, to the driver and the dispatcher at once.
Door open, door closed, reefer on, reefer off, with the temperature curve on either side of each.
A per-trip temperature report, timestamped and exportable, for the customer, the auditor or the insurer.
| Feature | What it does |
|---|---|

| Door sensors | Open and close events per door, with duration. |
| Reefer monitoring | Unit on and off, and set-point where the unit exposes it. |
| Breach alerts | Per compartment limits and durations; escalation if unacknowledged. |
| Trip temperature report | One document per delivery, with the curve and the events. |
| Compliance export | Monthly archive in the format your auditor asks for. |

Half a degree, calibrated at installation and checked at every service.
Yes. A per-delivery report is emailed to the receiving customer on arrival, or shared as a link.
It escalates to the dispatcher after the minutes you set, then to the escalation list.
