Live temperature

Cold Chain adds calibrated temperature probes to the trailer and treats a warm reading the way Fleet Control treats a speeding one: an alert with a place, a time and a name. Every delivery leaves with a temperature record the customer can read, and a door left open in July is known about in seconds, not at the dock.

Installation
Our installers fit the tracker at your depot or ours, in under an hour per vehicle, and photograph the fitting for the record.

Probe placement
Two probes per compartment as standard, placed where the load actually sits, and a door sensor on every door.

Activation
The device reports to the platform before the installer leaves. You see it on the map from your phone the same hour.

Limits per product
Set the range per compartment or per load type -- frozen, chilled, pharmaceutical -- and how long out of range counts as a breach.

Ongoing support
A Doha number that a person answers, around the clock, in Arabic and English. A device that stops reporting is chased by us, not by you.

How accurate are the probes?
Half a degree, calibrated at installation and checked at every service.
Can the customer see the temperature record?
Yes. A per-delivery report is emailed to the receiving customer on arrival, or shared as a link.
What if the driver ignores a breach alert?
It escalates to the dispatcher after the minutes you set, then to the escalation list.
